I'm a fairly simple guy. I'm obsessed with most of the standard geeky subjects (e.g. movies, comics, games, internet culture). I was an investigative reporter for two years (even got a couple of awards! how cool is that?) until the industry went bust. Now I'm working full time as an office drone and developing a video game with some other creative folk.

I occasionally like to take my life on walks, to let it get some fresh air.

I have a HUGE variety of interests, which makes me a decent conversationalist. Pick a topic, and I'll bet I can keep up my end of an hours-long dialog.

That I almost always say something incredibly stupid within the first hour of meeting someone.

Watching old tv shows with my dog, Ka-Pow. She likes "Sliders," but I prefer M*A*S*H. It's a point of contention between us, but all roomies fight, right?

The most private thing I'm willing to admit to prospective dates and total strangers online? Probably not a lot. Maybe that I still watch the cartoons I liked as a kid? I guess that's adequately embarrassing.

You're someone who can laugh at rage comics, love crazy movies from the 80s, can talk about geeky stuff and generally be an awesome person. I REALLY don't care about makeup or fashion or superficial nonsense.
